The weigh in took place on Tuesday at the work weekly meeting (Asakai) maximum publicity, maximum humiliation if I don’t lose any weight.
It was a spur of the moment thing to do it there (it only occurred to me to do it like that on the train into work) and so I forgot to get “blimey what a lard-arse” photos for that essential “before” shot.
So, this is me in all my glory
I am doing a sponsored weight loss in aid of Young Minds a fabulous charity dedicated to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.
Please donate a lump sum or an amount per weightloss - It has been suggested I ask for a pound a pound, but (if I am as successful as I need to be) that’ll cost you too much, and more importantly I am fully metricated and will only be losing kilograms :)
