I know it’s an odd thing to pick on what with all the other issues I have with the government’s draconian plans for us, but the selling off of the woodlands has really narked me. The current economic problems are being used to sell us dogma led changes so we just accept them because they “have to happen” irrespective of any actual effect that they may have on the economy.
So, the selling off of the woodland seems to be sneaking in “under the radar” without any of the (admittedly wonderful) attention of UKunCut or the unions are bringing to the more important issues of cuts to the NHS, or the refusal to sort out tax dodging.
