Egg & Bacon Pie

Pie

Take:

  • Bacon
  • Short Crust Pastry (Made or bought)
  • Eggs
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Dry fry Bacon lightly, keep flat and use kitchen towel to remove fat and moisture
  2. Roll out pastry and place in cas
  3. Layer of Bacon
  4. Break Eggs on top of bacon
  5. Salt & Pepper
  6. Layer of bacon
  7. Pie crust
  8. Egg wash
  9. 175°C 50-ish mins until golden
