Egg & Bacon Pie
Take:
- Bacon
- Short Crust Pastry (Made or bought)
- Eggs
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Dry fry Bacon lightly, keep flat and use kitchen towel to remove fat and moisture
- Roll out pastry and place in cas
- Layer of Bacon
- Break Eggs on top of bacon
- Salt & Pepper
- Layer of bacon
- Pie crust
- Egg wash
- 175°C 50-ish mins until golden
