I've contacted my MP about NHS reforms (again) please do the same
38 Degrees have commissioned some independent legal opinion on the proposed NHS reforms: take a look at this:

It just took me two minutes to email my MP about the findings of the independent legal team on the proposed changes to the NHS.
In a few days your MP has to vote on the proposed changes to our NHS. Thousands of 38 Degrees members have got together to pay for independent expert legal advice. The results are in and it’s sobering reading. Now we need to ensure every MP in the country sees this legal advice before it’s too late.
Please e-mail your MP too, by clicking here. It only takes two minutes and it will help to make sure that every MP sees these findings before they cast their vote.

Subject: NHS legal advice: what do you think are the implications for Norfolk?
Message:
I believe I have previously contacted you to express my concerns over your government’s plans for the NHS. As you may be aware, campaign group 38 Degrees commissioned some independent legal experts to look into the consequences of the changes proposed.
Their report raises several very worrying issues. For example, are you comfortable with extending the role of EU competition law in the NHS? Or with reducing the government’s ability to intervene to tackle postcode lotteries? Please read the full opinion here: [http://www.38degrees.org.uk/nhs-legal-advice](http://www.38degrees.org.uk/nhs-legal-advice).
Our NHS isn’t perfect, but any changes need to done carefully. Please assure me you will do all you can to address the concerns raised by these legal experts, and that if the concerns can’t be addressed you will vote against the bill next week.
