I am doing a sponsored weight loss in aid of Young Minds a fabulous charity dedicated to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. Please donate a lump sum or an amount per weightloss - It has been suggested I ask for a pound a pound, but (if I am as successful as I need to be) that’ll cost you too much, and more importantly I am fully metricated and will only be losing kilograms :)
